PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel collagen disease-model animal constructed on the basis of wildlife, a method of producing the same, a method of curing and preventing the symptoms of the collagen disease using the animal, and a method of evaluating and screening curative and preventive medicines.;SOLUTION: A method of producing a disease-model animal for the collagen disease, including a process for percutaneously administering a TLR7 agonist to a non-transgenic animal except humans, a disease-model animal for the collagen disease, produced by the method of producing a disease-model animal for the collagen disease, and a method of screening disease-model animals for the collagen disease, are disclosed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
