PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nitrogen oxide/sulfur oxide removal system capable of removing both of nitrogen oxide and sulfur oxide included in gas as a treatment target, a nitrogen oxide/sulfur oxide removal method and a carbon dioxide recovery system.SOLUTION: A nitrogen oxide/sulfur oxide removal system includes a nitrogen oxide/sulfur oxide recovery tower for making gas including nitrogen oxide and sulfur oxide and an absorbing solution contact with each other to cause the absorbing solution to absorb the nitrogen oxide and the sulfur oxide in the gas. The system further includes a nitrogen component removal tank for removing a nitrogen component in the absorbing solution discharged from the nitrogen oxide/sulfur oxide recovery tower. The system further includes a sulfur component removal tank for removing a sulfur component in the absorbing solution discharged from the nitrogen component removal tank.
