PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fringes (13, 30) functioning as a guidance sign in power interruption at night etc., and also to provide a game machine island partition 10 functioning as an evacuation guidance sign in power interruption emergency by mounting the fringes (13, 30).;SOLUTION: When it becomes dark in a game parlor in power interruption emergency, a belt shape piece 13b configured by a luminous material in a fringe 13 mounted on a partition 10 linearly emits light. A passage between a game machine island 20 and a game machine island 20 is easily visually recognized by the row of the partitions 10 whose edges emit light. Since the partition 10 functions as an evacuation guidance sign, players swiftly evacuate from the parlor to an outside in emergency. A cross sectional shape in a body 13a of the fringe 13 is formed to be a reverse U shape with the use of soft plastic, so as to be easily mounted on the edge of a partition body 11.
