PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a western blot immunoassay for a protein using a hydrophilic film.;SOLUTION: A target protein is separated from a protein sample by electrophoresis, and the separated target protein is moved onto a modified porous polymer substrate whose surface has a hydrophilic film modified by a polymer where acrylamide and methylene-bis-acrylamide are bridged to block an unspecific combination onto the surface of the substrate of an antibody. The substrate is incubated with a primary antibody capable of binding to the target protein. The substrate is incubated with a secondary antibody that is labeled to be able to be compounded with an enzyme of the primary antibody to obtain a measurable signal, and then the signal is detected.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
