PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently presenting effects of renovation or reconstruction.;SOLUTION: A computer 100 including an output part 121, a memory 130 which stores data on insulation specifications of at least one region of a room of a building, and a processor 110 is provided for outputting information presenting the degree of insulation effects.
