PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for an antidazzle layer capable of manufacturing an antidazzle layer of an antidazzle film which can be reduced in film thickness while maintaining a hard coat property and an antidazzle property, can suppress surface dazzling and generation of white blur at extremely high levels, and can acquire a superior displayed image with high contrast.;SOLUTION: The composition for an antidazzle layer is used to form an antidazzle layer having a rugged pattern on one surface of a light-transmitting substrate; and the composition comprises silica fine particles, organic fine particles, a monomer component of a binder resin, and a solvent.
