PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately and automatically determine the occurrence of a dangerous scene from data of a speed and acceleration or the like of a vehicle recorded by a drive recorder.;SOLUTION: Time-sequential data of a speed and acceleration in an advancing direction of a vehicle is used; the time at which it is determined that the vehicle is stopped is determined as a stop time; the time at which the acceleration in the advancing direction becomes minimum near the stop time and the acceleration at the time are determined respectively as the minimum time and the minimum acceleration. The time at which the acceleration in the advancing direction becomes maximum after the minimum time and the acceleration at the time are determined respectively as the maximum time and the maximum acceleration; a threshold for the minimum acceleration and the maximum acceleration are respectively determined as first and second thresholds; and whether or not the process of stopping is by a normal operation is determined by comparing the minimum acceleration with the first threshold and/or comparing the maximum acceleration with a second threshold.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
