PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method to measure at one time a lot of different gene mutations even if there is limited types of the fluorescence wavelength which the measuring device can detect, or there is limited types of the fluorescent molecule that can modify to the probe.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for simultaneously detecting a plurality of genetic polymorphisms by using a plurality of oligonucleotides which is labeled by the fluorescent dye, and hybridizes a region containing the genetic polymorphisms. The fluorescent dye that labels the plurality of oligonucleotides is mutually the same or the fluorescent dye that has the detecting wavelength of neighborhood. The plurality of oligonucleotide is designed so that the Tm values to the sequence containing a first genotype in the plurality of genetic polymorphism becomes the neighborhood temperature each other. The Tm value to the sequence containing the first genotype and the Tm value to the sequence containing a second genotype are designed to be separated by 3°C or more, and the plurality of genetic polymorphisms are detected at the same time by one kind of wavelength.
