PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a labor management system and a mobile terminal for labor management which prompt an employee or the like to conform to prescribed labor standards by warning him or her before his or her violation of the labor standards.;SOLUTION: A labor management system comprises: input means which inputs attendance information of an employee to a labor management device; a storage device provided in the labor management device to store therein the attendance information of the employee inputted by the input means; labor information calculation means which calculates current labor information of the employee from the attendance information of the employee stored in the storage device; determination means which determines whether the labor information calculated by the labor information calculation means meets labor standards or not; transmission means which transmits at least one of a determination result obtained by the determination means and the labor information calculated by the labor information calculation means; and a mobile terminal capable of receiving and displaying information transmitted from the transmission means.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
