PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience of a user who uses a cash voucher.;SOLUTION: When receiving identification information of a first user, an amount of a cash voucher and information that allows a second user to be identified, an electronic cash voucher gift device 110 adds the amount of the cash voucher to a used amount of the first user during a present month in use information database based on the received information, and adds the amount of the cash voucher to a use limit amount of the second user in money information.
