PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to easily select information related to a region of his interest from among submitted information.SOLUTION: A regional information distribution server for distributing regional information to a mobile terminal includes: a submitted-information acquisition part for acquiring submitted information related to a region from a server storing submitted information; a positional information reception part for receiving positional information of the mobile terminal therefrom; a related submitted-information acquisition part for acquiring submitted information related to the positional information of the mobile terminal from among the submitted information acquired by the submitted-information acquisition part; and a related submitted-information distribution part for distributing to the mobile terminal the submitted information acquired by the related submitted-information distribution part.
