PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid phase diffusion welding method for controlling alloy formation.SOLUTION: A welding structure is disclosed which allows a quick and reliable method for manufacturing a welding line of substantially uniform in which dependency on limitation of thickness is reduced. Further, the system generates a welding line whose purpose is good performance of power electronics. The system is adaptive to various types of structures at a high degree, providing options for manufacture. This allows various manufacturing options, reducing dependency on external conditions. The disclosed system is at least adaptive to welding between wafer and wafer, mold and wafer, mold and substrate, or mold and mold.
