PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an optical lens that can efficiently condense a light signal or efficiently convert the light into parallel beams, in a simple process, and to provide a method for manufacturing an optical waveguide with a lens and an optical waveguide with a lens.;SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing an optical lens includes successive steps of: disposing bumps 6 on one surface of a transparent resin substrate 1; laminating a transparent resin layer 2 on an opposite surface of the transparent resin substrate 1 to the surface where the bumps 6 are disposed; and forming a projection 7 in a lens shape functioning as a lens between the bumps 6 by pressurizing in a direction toward the bumps 6. The method for manufacturing an optical waveguide comprises using the optical lens above obtained, and successively depositing a lower clad layer 2, a core layer 3 and an upper clad layer 4 on the opposite surface of the transparent resin substrate 1 to the surface where the bumps 6 are disposed, followed by forming a mirror part 5.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
