FACILITY PERIODIC INSPECTION SUPPORT SYSTEM USING RISK ASSESSMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply a risk assessment method using a risk matrix available for any type of facility, to a facility management system to compute an inspection period as a quantitative value for a periodic inspection plan (preventive maintenance plan) from risk assessment results.;SOLUTION: When an inspection period is computed during planning of periodic inspection by a facility maintenance system which has a database storing periodic inspection results and maintenance history results of a facility therein and supports the planning of periodic inspection for facility maintenance, a risk matrix is used which utilizes risk assessment using degrees of influence and frequencies and determines a preventive maintenance object facility, and risks of facilities are successively compared with each block of the risk matrix to compute an inspection period as a quantitative value.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
