PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the scattering of weld spatter generated when welding, gas whose oil attached to a bonding member is evaporated and weld fume in laser-welding of a lap bonded joint of cylinder bonding members.;SOLUTION: A structure of a laser welded part is a lap bonded joint of a cylinder bonded member and a cylinder bonding member. Both of the bonding members are temporarily fixed by pressure fitting. A cylinder groove is partially provided with a radial border of the overlapped cylinder members. The pressure-fit part is configured to have a cylinder hollow that is sealed from the outside at both sides of the cylinder groove. A laser is applied to reach from the outside of the cylinder bonding member to the cylinder bonded member to penetrate the cylinder groove of the sealed cylinder hollow. The entire outer periphery of the cylinder bonding member is laser welded to obtain a laser welding bonded part that comprises the lap bonded joint.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
