PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telephone call reservation device enabling a caller to immediately get through to a call receiver as soon as the call receiver is ready to receive a call after a call is not connected due to being busy, out of service, and power discontinuity.;SOLUTION: When a connection is not made due to inconvenience to a call receiver (step S91), a reservation time is set in a caller telephone device (step S92). Thus, a network side starts monitoring a state of the call receiver. When the call receiver becomes ready to receive a call (i.e., being in a state where a phone call conversation can be made) within the reserved time (step S93), a network processing dials the caller (step S94). When the caller responds to the dialing (step S95), dialing the call receiver is performed (step S96).
