PILE HOLE DRILLING MANAGEMENT METHOD AND PILE HOLE DRILLING HEAD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow an operator to acquire quickly and visually properties of a pile hole drilled (pile hole shape, pile hole infill nature) and by this, to reduce dispersion in construction making construction quality be uniform at a high quality level.;SOLUTION: When drilling a shank part 55 and an enlarged bottom part 56 of a pile hole 54, a shape of a pile hole which is to be drilled is created as a reference three-dimensional shape in advance (a). A position of the tip of an excavating blade of a drill head with respect to a ground and a distance from the drill head are measured by a position sensor and a depth sensor, and the results of the measurement are transmitted to a data processing device on the ground, thus enabling the shape of the pile hole 54 drilled during a drilling operation to be displayed as a drilled three-dimensional shape 60. When drilling the pile hole 54, the reference three-dimensional shape 60A is first displayed and the drilled three-dimensional shape 60 is overlapped and displayed thereon, thus performing drilling work while comparing both shapes 60A, 60 (b to g). When a defective part 61 occurs on the drilled three-dimensional shape 60, it can be visually and quickly checked to repair the defective part 61.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
