Further, a simultaneous probability density function calculation unit 104 calculates a probability density function of a simultaneous resource usage rate when the identical computer 200 simultaneously executes the software 201 in the expected combination, and on the basis of the probability density function of the simultaneous resource usage rate, a response time ratio calculation unit 105 calculates a probability density function of a response time ratio and statically indicates variation in response time.
