PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To unitarily manage a manifest, prevent pretermission of a time limit, and accurately prepare a written report and a written application to a local government by storing an entry item of a manifest slip in industrial waste treatment, a treatment method of industrial waste, application items, reporting items, and the like in a database, making a support system fetch each data, managing the time limit and preparing the manifest slip.;SOLUTION: By a database 10, consignee determination means 22, treatment completion time determination means 23, manifest slip preparation means 24 and written report/written application format output means 25, a transporter and a disposal operator in charge of transportation and disposal of waste are retrieved, determination is made as to whether or not it is within the time limit of the waste treatment, the manifest slip is prepared, the written report of treatment situations and out-of-prefecture treatment to be presented to the local government at the required time is prepared from waste data, and it is notified beforehand that a transportation permission update application and a disposal permission update application to be presented to the local government from the transporter and the disposal operator should be submitted within an effective period.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
