PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-resistant black powder suitable as a coloring material of a coating material or a resin composition because of being excellent in heat resistance and exhibiting little change of hue (blackness degree).;SOLUTION: A heat-resistant black powder includes a composite oxide containing Fe, Mn, Mg and/or Ca, has a change in hue in heat resistance test at 800°C of at most 0.5, and a magnetization value of at most 2.0 Am2/kg, is constituted of a hematite phase and a bixbite phase, and can be obtained by mixing an iron compound, a manganese compound and a magnesium compound or a calcium compound, and firing the obtained mixture in the temperature range of 830 to 1,000°C.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
