PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To treat waste liquid discharged from a kitchen or the like so as to conform to effluent quality standards before being discharged to a grease trap or to outside.;SOLUTION: The waste liquid flowing in from a discharge source is stored in a storage tank, a treating agent is supplied into the storage tank and the waste liquid and the treating agent in the storage tank are agitated in the storage tank to allow treated waste liquid to be discharged from the storage tank to the grease trap or to the outside without passing the grease trap. The waste liquid flowing in from the discharge source and the treating agent are agitated by a pump and the treated waste liquid are allowed to be discharged from the pump to the grease trap or to the outside without passing the grease trap. The waste liquid subjected to agitation treatment is further subjected to agitation treatment to allow treated waste liquid to be discharged to the grease trap or to the outside without passing the grease trap.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
