PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radioactive substance decontamination method, a radioactive substance adsorbent and a radioactive substance decontamination apparatus capable of efficiently decontaminating contaminated water containing radioactive substances and reducing a generation amount of radioactive waste caused by decontamination.;SOLUTION: Contaminated water containing radioactive substances is decontaminated by adsorbing the radioactive substances to at least one adsorbent out of a group composed of chaff, chaff charcoal and rice straw.
