PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device operation estimation apparatus capable of accurately estimating a safety condition of an occupant in a house of an electric power consumer without complicating the structure of the system.;SOLUTION: A voltage measurement section 21 measures an overall voltage supplied to electric devices operating in a house of an electric power consumer via a pull-in port from an electric system. An electric current measurement section 22 measures a current flowing via the pull-in port. An electric power calculation section 24 acquires information on an overall electric power of the house of an electric power consumer on the basis of the measured value of the voltage obtained from the voltage measurement section 21 and a measured value of the electric current obtained from the electric current measurement section 22. A device operation estimation section 27 estimates an operation state of electric devices operating in the house of the electric power consumer on the basis of a time change and a power factor of an electric power consumption obtained from information on the electric power acquired at the electric power calculation section 24.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
