PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accessory for an external wall having excellent water tightness and workability, even in the case that a metal siding and a ceramic siding are constructed adjacent to each other.;SOLUTION: An accessory for an external wall comprises a base material 2 and a cover material 10. The base material 2 includes a long fixing part 3 which can be fixed to a wall backing material and a fitting part 6 projecting toward the front side from the fixing part 3. The cover material 10 includes a surface part 11 which can cover a joint part or an internal corner from outside across between sheath materials, and a fitted part 16 which projects backward from the surface part 11 and is fittable to the fitting part 6 of the base material 2. The surface part 11 includes a first surface part 12 and a second surface part 13 which hold the fitted part 16 therebetween. The first surface part 12 has a length in the short direction longer than the length in the short direction of the second surface part 13. The second surface part 13 is provided with a watertight material 15 at the rear face. The fitted part 16 of the cover material 10 is fitted to the fitting part 6 of the base part 2, so that the cover material 10 is connected to the base material 2.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
