PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analysis result providing system, a specimen analysis system, an analysis result providing apparatus, a method of providing specimen analysis result, and a computer program which are capable of providing analysis results useful for a doctor examining a patient.SOLUTION: When specimen analyzers 4,5,6 obtain analysis results, an inspection information management device 2 validates the analysis results. The inspection information management device 2 permits provision of the analysis results of validated items to a patient, and does not permit provision of the analysis results of items which were not validated to the patient. The inspection information management device 2 creates an e-mail including the analysis results which were permitted to provide to the patient, and sends the e-mail to the mail address of a portable terminal of the patient.
