PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-wall blow-molded article wherein a plurality of rows of reinforcement ribs are formed between a double wall, rigidity to loads in various directions is high, occurrence of the warpage is suppressed, and appearance is excellent.;SOLUTION: A plurality of rows of recessed ribs 5 and a plurality of rows of hidden ribs 6 are alternately arranged between a double wall 1, 2. The recessed ribs 5 are continuously extended from the wall 1 to the wall 2, and composed of first ribs 7 and second ribs 8 alternately arranged in the lengthwise direction of the rows and existing continuously in the lengthwise direction. Each of the first ribs 7 s a substantially trapezoidal cross section, a top part 12 of which is welded to the inside of the wall 2. Each of the second ribs 8 is composed of a trapezoidal part 16 and a plate-like part 17 formed by doubly welding a parison. The hidden ribs 6 are continuously extended from the wall 2 to the wall 2, the top part of which is welded to the inside of the wall 1, and the whole is welded to each other to be formed into a flat plate.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
