PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To directly visually recognize, by illumination, the attachment state of a rust-preventing adhering core which is attached to a feed water pipe branch hole bored at a water distribution pipe without cutting off water in the water distribution pipe in a work site even immediately after work, and to confirm and inspect the state.;SOLUTION: A see-through view window 3 by which the inside of a bored opening 35 for boring the feed water pipe branch hole H and for attaching the adhering core C in a saddled snap tap body 20 attached with the feed water pipe P for branching and connecting the feed water pipe P from the water distribution pipe B can transparently be seen is formed at a cap-nut shaped attachment base 1 which is water-tightly attached to the bored opening 35. The see-through view window 3 is integrally molded of a transparent material in a state that a stepped engagement step 4 fit to a window opening 2 formed at the attachment base 1 from the inside of the attachment base 1 is arranged at the upper part, and an illumination support 6 reaching the bored opening 35 is arranged at the lower part. An insertion hole 7 for inserting and arranging an illumination portion (11) of an internal illumination mechanism 10 is formed at the illumination support 6.
