PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an incretin hormone related drug which can promote secretion of GLP-1 while completely inhibiting secretion of GIP and is excellent in safety.SOLUTION: The drug which promotes secretion of GLP-1 (glucagon-like peptide-1) and inhibits secretion of GIP (glucose-dependent insulin secretion-stimulating polypeptide), includes a non-competitive inhibitor for sucrose-degrading enzyme such as L-arabinose, D-xylose, and D-tagatose and sucrose as active components, or includes the non-competitive inhibitor, but does not contain sucrose and separately use sucrose or sucrose-containing food in combination.
