CENTRIPETAL METHOD AND CENTRIPETAL DEVICE OF TRIPOD FOR SURVEY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate centripetal work of a tripod for survey and to shorten time required for the centripetal work.;SOLUTION: Opened angles and lengths of three legs 21 are determined so that a pedestal 31 of a tripod 11 for survey is horizontally maintained by eye measurement and the center of the pedestal 31 is located on a vertical line of a base point BP to temporary install the tripod 11 (first step). A centripetal device 101 including a round bubble level gauge 111 with translucency in a vertical direction is connected and fixed on the same position of three opened legs 21 of the temporarily installed tripod 11 on portions of an equal length from the center of three virtual lines extended in a horizontal direction at a 120-degree interval from the center of a bubble observation area 113 of the level gauge 111 (second step). Leveling work for observing the base point BP from a hole 32 of the pedestal 31 through the level gauge 111 and individually controlling the lengths of the legs 21 of the tripod 11 so that the level gauge 111 indicates a horizontal level and positioning work for controlling the installation position of the tripod 11 so that the base point BP is observed through the center of the level gauge 111 are repeated (third step).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
