PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of carrying out dealkalization and cooking of a Konjac in a short time.;SOLUTION: A method for producing a seasoned Konjac processed product includes: forming a plurality of fine pores on a surface of the Konjac; mixing the Konjac with acid seasoning liquid; and subjecting the mixture to reduced-pressure heat treatment for heating the mixture within one hour at the temperature of 70°C or higher under reduced pressure so that the acid seasoning liquid promptly penetrates through the Konjac.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
