PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support cooperation of jobs among staff members without putting burdens on the staff members.SOLUTION: A job cooperation support system as one form of this invention includes job information holding means, sensor data reception means, condition holding means, estimation means, and tweet message generation/distribution means. The job information holding means holds information related to a job schedule of a staff member and the flow of a job. The sensor data reception means receives sensor information from a portable terminal held by the staff member. The condition holding means holds the received sensor information. The estimation means calculates the accuracy of the prescribed execution condition of the job of the staff member on the basis of the information held in the job information holding means and the sensor information, and estimates the job executed by the staff member and the execution condition corresponding to the calculated accuracy of the prescribed execution conditions. The tweet message generation/distribution means prepares a message corresponding to the estimated execution condition of the job, determines the portable terminal of the staff member to be a distribution destination of the message, and distributes the message to the determined portable terminal.
