EMERGENCY ATM TRANSFER SUPPORT SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CORPORATE INTERNET BANKING USERS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make available transaction information in Internet banking service to be used in ATM service as well.SOLUTION: An emergency ATM transfer support system is configured to: store service information including a user ID, an authority level, and an emergency code number for each contract of Internet banking service in association with a company code uniquely assigned to each contract; extract pieces of account information of remittees associated with a company code when an emergency code number input from an ATM terminal corresponds to one of a plurality of emergency code numbers associated with the company code included in the service information, to provide the pieces of account information of remittees to the ATM terminal; identify a specific user ID corresponding to the input emergency code number from a plurality of user IDs included in the service information when a transfer destination account is selected from the provided pieces of account information of remittees and an amount of bank transfer is input; determine whether the input amount of bank transfer is within a range of an authority level set for the user ID; and execute transfer processing when it is within the authority level.
