PURPOSE: An urgency call service, an online or offline banking security system, and a method thereof using authentication through a smart phone are provided to authenticate urgency information transmitted by a user of the smart phone through a predetermined protector terminal and to change an internet banking account of the user into a virtual internet banking account.;CONSTITUTION: A mobile communication service server transmits an authentication number to a protector terminal(S20). The authentication number is generated by receiving urgency rescue request information of a smart phone. When an authentication reply number, which is received from the protector terminal, corresponds to the authentication number, the mobile communication service server transmits a location coordinate of the smart phone and the urgency rescue request information to an agency server(S30). The agency server transmits mobilization information to a police station or a fire station and transmits bank transaction stop information to a bank server with the urgency rescue request information(S40).
