PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bank clerk support type counter reception system for performing efficient support to a customer and reducing burdens of a financial institution regarding payment of tax, public utility charges, and various other charges.SOLUTION: An operation store system includes a counter reception terminal 210 having a front terminal 211 for a bank clerk and terminals for customers which are connected to a store server and connected to each other in which a reader of a payment medium of money, and a self-scanner 2123 are installed between the front terminal 211 and terminals 212A, 212B for customers, and has: a function for displaying an office procedure support picture on the front terminal 211 for the bank clerk, generating case processing data by adding information regarding office procedures including information on a transaction related document read by a reader 2122 and the scanner 2123 and information regarding commission, and displaying the generated case processing data on the screen; a function for receiving correction; and a transmission function for transmitting the case processing data to a high-order information processing device, and making the high-order information device execute processing of a counting system.
