PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy-accumulation mechanism having a forced closing mechanism in which space saving is achieved, and to provide an on-load tap changer including the same.;SOLUTION: The energy-accumulation mechanism includes a spring 26, a hoisting case 24 slidable in the contraction direction of the spring 26, and an energy-accumulation case 27 slidable in the elongation direction of the spring 26. In the hoisting case 24 and the energy-accumulation case 27, a crank 30 interlocked with the sliding of the energy-accumulation case 27 so as to perform axial rotation, and catches 31A, 31B which restrain the energy-accumulation case 27 and the crank 30 until the hoisting case 24 compresses the spring 26 are provided. An eccentric cam 22 is provided on the outside of the hoisting case 24 and the energy-accumulation case 27, connected with the hoisting case 24 externally through a swing joint 23, and rotated by an electric operation mechanism thus sliding the hoisting case 24 through the swing joint 23.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
