PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create a neutral surface model for a fillet part in a shape model of a thin plate.;SOLUTION: A neutral surface model creation device 100 includes: means for reading shape model data from storage means, displaying fillet surface candidates which can be identified from each surface constituting the shape model by output means, receiving a specification on a fillet surface in the shape model from a user by input means, setting a specified section as the fillet surface and storing this surface data in the storage part; and means for acquiring data on a prescribed surface continuing from the specified fillet surface across the tangent line from the shape model data, creating an offset surface by offsetting the prescribed surface towards a normal direction of the internal direction of its surface shape, and extending the offset surface to the specified fillet surface to create a neutral surface model of the fillet part composed of the specified fillet surface and the prescribed surface and storing it in the storage means.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
