PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an NOx converter capable of efficiently reducing NOx within a limited space without blocking a gas passage, a moisture measuring instrument, an NOx reduction method, and a moisture measuring method.;SOLUTION: An NOx converter of this invention has gas piping 26 through which sample gas 21 containing NOx passes, and a plurality of Mo catalytic layers 24a to 24c provided in the gas piping 26 to contain Mo catalyst for converting NOx in the sample gas 21 into NO, provides inclination in the gas piping 26 such that Mo catalyst quantity per unit volume contained in the Mo catalytic layers 24a to 24c increases from an inlet side of the gas piping 26 of the sample gas 21 toward an outlet side to provide the Mo catalytic layers 24a to 24c with three steps.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
