COMMUNICATION METHOD AND DEVICE FOR CONTENT REQUESTOR AND CONTENT RESPONDENT IN NETWORK BASED ON HIERARCHICAL NAME STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication method for a content requestor and a content respondent in a network based on a hierarchical name structure to request a content, retrieve it and respond even with a part of a content name or an attribute of the content by using a virtual group and the hierarchical name structure.SOLUTION: The communication method for a content requestor in the network based on the hierarchical name structure includes the steps for: generating a content retrieval request packet including at least a part of a hierarchical name of a content which is a target of a content retrieval request; and requesting the content retrieval to at least one communication device belonging to at least one virtual group of the network based on the hierarchical name structure by transmitting the content retrieval request packet.
