PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new method for screening an anti-RNA antibody, and a method for producing the anti-RNA antibody.SOLUTION: The method for screening the anti-RNA antibody specific to an antigen RNA includes processes (a) for bringing an antibody included in an antibody library, into contact with the antigen RNA fixed to a solid phase carrier, and (b) for recovering the specific antibody bound to the antigen RNA. The method for producing the anti-RNA antibody includes processes for producing a recombinant expression vector that expresses the antibody having an antigen bound part of the specific antibody obtained by this screening method using a phage presentation type artificial antibody library, introducing the recombinant expression vector into a host cell to express in the host cell, and recovering the antibody from the host cell or its culture solution.
