PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a determination method of a calculating formula of a standard flicker value, a calculating method of the standard flicker value, a program, and a flicker value measuring apparatus.SOLUTION: The determination method of the calculating formula of a standard flicker value includes: a step 302 in which the inclination of the regression line of the frequency of a flickering perception threshold value measured for two or more subjects and a consciousness fatigue index value is acquired; a step 308 in which a percentage value based on the frequency obtained by a first measurement for each subject is acquired; a step 310 in which the intersection point between the regression line of the percentage value and the consciousness fatigue index, and the straight line of the percentage value of 100% is acquired; a step 312 in which when the standard flicker value of the frequency is f, the measured frequency is f, and the VAS value of the subject at the measurement is v, the inclination is α, and the consciousness fatigue index value at the intersection point is v, a calculation formula is decided as f=f-α×(v-v). Thereby, an appropriate standard flicker value for each subject can be decided.
