PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control circuit that can perform harmonic restraint control at a high speed and with high precision in a simple configuration and perform processing with linearity and time invariance.;SOLUTION: A control circuit 7 includes a fifth harmonic compensation section 81 that processes a single-phase current signal I with a transfer function G(s) and performs phase adjustment processing to generate a fifth harmonic compensation signal and a PWM signal generation section 77 that generates a PWM signal on the basis of the fifth harmonic compensation signal.
