PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the technology for quickly supplying a product to a suffered customer, regarding a program for automatically issuing an order in disaster which automatically issues the order of a product when a disaster occurs.;SOLUTION: In a device 10 for automatically issuing an order in disaster, a disaster information acquisition processing part 11 obtains the information of a disaster which has occurred. A suffered customer target decision processing part 12 specifies a suffered customer as the target of automatic order issue based on the information of the disaster which has occurred and preliminarily stored customer information. An automatic order issue processing part 13 generates and issues an automatic order by determining a product as the object of an automatic order and the quantity of a product to be ordered based on preliminarily stored past order reception information and information as a determine reference related with the automatic order. An automatic order priority order setting processing part 14 sets a security priority order so that the priority of the automatic order can be made high.
