PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To renew speed check pattern properly.;SOLUTION: In an erroneous station passing prevention system 1, a ground device 10 transmits a target position information F that indicates a target stop position to a track circuit. An on-board device 30 sets up a speed check pattern based on the target position information F received from the rails. It is determined whether the speed check pattern is renewed based on the combination of the stop target position, which is the end of the speed check pattern set up, and a stop target position indicated by this time target position information F received, and a receiving interval of the previous and this time target position information F.
