PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for treating non-small-cell lung cancers (NSCLC) using the immune system.;SOLUTION: The invention relates to an active (immunostimulatory) composition comprising at least one RNA, preferably an mRNA, encoding at least two (preferably different) antigens capable of eliciting an (acquired) immune response in a mammal. The invention furthermore relates to the treatment of lung cancer, particularly of non-small-cell lung cancers (NSCLC), preferably selected from main sub-types squamous cell carcinoma, adenocarcinoma and large-cell lung carcinoma, or of disorders related thereto.
