PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a behavior model creation system capable of selectively using only an appropriate behavior history data in creating a behavior model using the behavior history data in virtual environment, a behavior model creation method, and a behavior model creation program.;SOLUTION: A behavior model creation system includes: a virtual behavior history accumulation unit 14 that stores virtual behavior history data representing a behavior history of a user in virtual environment; an actual behavior history accumulation unit 21 that stores actual behavior history data representing a behavior history of the user in a real world; a behavior history selection unit 31 that selects a virtual behavior history data for use in behavior model creation on the basis of the actual behavior history data and the virtual behavior history data; and a behavior model creation unit 32 that creates a behavior model using the actual behavior history data and the selected virtual behavior history data.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
