PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information on a change in dietary metabolism by a simple method.;SOLUTION: A biometric device includes a bioelectric impedance measuring means for measuring a bioelectric impedance of the middle part of the trunk of a person to be measured. Bioelectric impedance change information indicating a change in the bioelectric impedance of the middle part of the trunk is generated, and a change in metabolism from a reference time point during a diet period is estimated on the basis of the bioelectric impedance change information.
