FACET GENERATION DEVICE, FACET GENERATION METHOD, FACET GENERATION PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a facet which allows a user to judge whether a case relates to a problematic situation of the user or what he/she wants to do so that he/she can reach a case of the past inquiry data which is suitable for the problematic situation of the user.;SOLUTION: Out of inquiry data which is data including at least a query; a first extraction, which includes, as a pair, a term related to the inquiry data and an expression indicative of an intention of the query included in the inquiry data, is performed. Out of document data which explains a function corresponding to the term; a second extraction, which includes, as a pair, a term and an expression indicative of a function corresponding to the term, is performed. As to ones whose terms, included respectively in a result of the first extraction and in a result of the second extraction, coincide with each other; matching is performed between the expression indicative of the intention of the query and the function corresponding to each of the terms. On the basis of an expression indicative of the function selected on the basis of a result of the matching; an expression of a facet for narrowing the inquiry data is generated.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
