DETECTION METHOD USING VARIANT AND SPECIFIC ANTIBODY OF FACTOR VII-ACTIVATING PROTEASE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diagnostic method that is used, by using a variant in DNA sequence which codes protease (FSAP) activating a blood coagulation factor VII and a single-stranded plasminogen activator, a body fluid or a tissue cell to detect the FSAP, to identify a patient showing FSAP expression which is genetically heterozygous or homozygous, provide the FSAP and an antibody to its variant, and provide a diagnostic method that is available for detecting the FSAP and the antibody to its variant.;SOLUTION: The variant includes G/C base exchange at the 1177th nucleotide and/or G/A base exchange at the 1601st nucleotide. Its corresponding protease has Glu/Gln exchange at the 393rd amino acid and/or Gly/Glu exchange at the 534th amino acid.
