PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an infiltration basin which does not discharge debris, and an infiltration trench system using the same.;SOLUTION: An infiltration basin 10 has a basin body 12 which is provided with a rainwater accumulation part 20 detachable from the basin body 12 at the lower portion thereof. The rainwater accumulation part 20 is provided with a debris accumulation part 22 composed of the bottom 21A of the rainwater accumulation part 20 and a sidewall 21B with a predetermined height surrounding the bottom 21A at the lower end thereof. The sidewall of the rainwater accumulation part 20 is provided with a plurality of water permeable holes 24 above the debris accumulation part 22.
