PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple method of manufacturing a titanium trichloride solution, a method of preserving the titanium trichloride solution with less oxidative degradation, and the titanium trichloride solution easy to use.;SOLUTION: The manufacturing method includes: preparing an aqueous solution that contains a titanium tetrachloride, an oxidation inhibitor for controlling the oxidation of a trivalent titanium ion, and a chlorine ion as a first solution 10, and an electrolytic solution for dissolving a chlorine ion as a second solution 20; and electrically reducing by using the first solution 10 as the electrolytic solution on a cathode side, and using the second solution 20 as the electrolytic solution on an anode side to form the titanium trichloride solution.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
